This is a 17 unit development with architecture from Michael Hsu Design.
This project is located off of East 51st Street in the Delwood
neighborhood.

This is our first venture into the hinter land, Westlake to be exact.
This house was designed by KRDB for the urban family that happens to
live in the suburbs. Stucco and wood exterior with top of the line
windows, interior finishes and a 3 car garage to boot.
